WING CHUN KUNG FU
We teach Wing Chun Kung Fu which was Bruce Lee's first martial art taught to him by Grandmaster Ip Man. It is a practical and scientific form of self defense which is perfect for all ages and physical conditioning.
KALI FILIPINO MARTIAL ARTS
Filipino Kali is an extremely popular and practical form of martial arts. It is very widespread among military and law enforcement because of it's highly effective techniques and practical application in everyday situations.
WING CHUN FOR KIDS
Wing Chun classes are offered to children ages 6 - 10. These classes provide a tremendous opportunity for children to overcome fears, learn discipline and self confidence, and learn to stay calm and focused in the face of adversity.
